4 columns on front and back but none on flanks.

No peristyle.

Tetrastyle.

Three stepped architrave.

Opisthodomos.

Closed cella.

Elevation

Ionic with elements of Doric.

Columns front and back lean inwards slightly and are stockier than expected for Ionic order.

Decoration

Voluted capitals.

Originally contained pediment sculpture.

Unusual Features

Had to be eye catching as in shadow of Proyplaea.

Cella wall thickness tapers slightly on the side walls – like old mud brick walls.
