Lawrence McNally

Welcome!

I'm Lawrence and I teach Latin and Classics in Bristol.

I have a BA in Ancient History from King's College London and a PGCE in Latin with Classics from the University of Cambridge. I am particularly interested in Tacitean studies and the history of memory in classical antiquity. I also enjoy creating teacher guides and student workbooks. Please feel free to use my resources!

You can get in touch with me via Twitter if you have any questions - I'm more than happy to help.

'Lawrence’s workbooks were invaluable when teaching a new topic on the A-Level course. The combination of activities for students with resources and study questions from the textbook was excellent and engaging. The inclusion of quotes from both ancient and modern sources served to give an introduction in how to use scholarship, and encouraged wider reading. I highly recommend Lawrence’s workbooks to any Classics teacher, new or experienced.'
